Wednesday saw the Elements students taking to the pitch for their first games of the season in a number of 10 a side competitions against Newbridge College and St Pauls Raheny. There were a number of stand out performers and a great day’s rugby was had by all.

In Newbridge, the U14’s had three fixtures. The A team won a tight game 24-14. The B team built an early lead and ran out comfortable 21-7 winners. The C team were also comfortable winners with an impressive 34-7 scoreline.

The U14E team had their first outing in Castleknock. They were involved in a ding dong battle and represented the school tremendously before being edged out 26-19. A big thanks to Mr Murphy for all his hard work with the Panel 3.

Well done to all teams who continue to represent the College with distinction.
